Shipping and Delivery

A standard order will be shipped within five business days upon placing your order via FedEx. Orders that require personalization may take up to 10-15 business days. We regret that we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.

Currently we are unable to ship orders outside the United States.

Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery. FedEx charges "Address Correction Fees" that range from $5 - $10 for each incorrect address. If Kozy Kid Creations incurs this fee from your order, we will pass it along to you.

Check Status of Order

If you would like to check the status of your order, please contact us at and be sure to include your name and order number. Depending on the product that you purchased, most products should be shipped to the specified shipping address within five business days after receiving the order.

Sales and Use Taxes

No sales tax will be charged if the delivery address is located out of the state of Texas. All deliveries in Texas will be charged an 8.25% sales tax on merchandise.

Merchandise Availability

Our goal is to fulfill all orders. However, some popular items may have a longer delivery time or may be unavailable due to high demand. We'll let you know if this happens. We also reserve the right to limit quantities on select merchandise.

Returns and Exchanges

Kozy Kid Creations is happy to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and in it's original condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping. Custom orders and personalized items are not returnable. Re-shipping charges will be applied unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

How to return goods and have your refund processed properly:

  • Incorrect item received

• If return is validated you will be given shipping instructions.
• Be sure to write RETURN ITEM on the address label.
• To ensure proper credit, enclose a copy of the packing list with your return.

Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase.
